Shuffling the market…

Pulling live quotes and SEC revenue facts.

Yahoo Finance candidates are checked against current Nasdaq Trader US listings and positive-volume quotes within five calendar days. Delisted, unverified and stale symbols are excluded. Options status uses the latest downloaded OCC equity/FLEX directory: “Non-optionable” means no underlying entry found, not a broker guarantee. Directory checks refresh every 15 minutes; prices may be delayed. Not financial advice.

Volume and trailing P/E are rechecked from Yahoo Finance each minute while this page is active. Quotes may remain unchanged outside market hours. Annual revenue changes when SEC annual facts are published, not with each price tick. “Checked” is the last successful download time; each price shows its provider quote time.

Annual revenue: latest available SEC annual USD fact from the last two completed calendar-year frames, not trailing-twelve-month revenue. 0 of 0 stocks have revenue data. Missing values are excluded when that filter is active. Volume is shares traded; average volume uses the provider’s three-month average.

Price / sales divides current market capitalization by that reported annual revenue, not trailing-twelve-month sales. Stocks without positive annual revenue or available market capitalization are excluded when this filter is active.

Stock screening beyond the ticker

A stock screener narrows a stock universe using measurable criteria. This screener covers actively screened US stocks from Yahoo Finance lists, not every listed security. A filter match is a starting point for research, not a buy or sell signal.

Valuation & size

Market capitalization groups companies by size. Price-to-earnings (P/E) compares share price with earnings; it is not a standalone measure of whether a stock is cheap.

Momentum & volume

Daily price change, 50-day and 200-day averages, and 52-week ranges describe recent price behavior. Relative volume compares trading activity with average volume; elevated activity does not establish direction.

First Moves & icebreakers

Company headlines and SEC filings start the conversation. Cross-check the source, event date and stock history before treating a screened result as a trade idea.
