Strats On Deck is an educational and informational research tool. It aggregates public SEC filings and delayed market data, and presents them with a scoring system that ranks research priority. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and nothing on the platform is a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security.

All content — including opportunity scores, strategy suggestions, research sections, and payoff models — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Scores rank research priority; they are never a probability of profit. Quotes are delayed and provided by third-party sources (Yahoo Finance). Filings come from SEC EDGAR. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable at any time. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, and we are not responsible for decisions made based on it.
